This project is studying the process of disseminating a tailored nutrition intervention that has been shown to be effective in improving fruit and vegetable intake in diverse low income audiences. The research will study the process of translating the fruit and vegetable components of the YHL/SVS intervention into the established practice of 20 different community organizations in Rhode Island like Minority Health Promotion Centers and WIC clinics.

The study will determine the effectiveness of the intervention as well as the optimal strategies for offering this intervention in similar settings in Rhode Island and beyond.
